自2月13日发布一号通知以来，会议受到全球华侨华人研究专家学者的热烈响应，现发布二号通知，诚邀全球学术同仁拨冗与会，共话学术前沿、共商发展之道。

Overseas Chinese in the Evolving International Landscape: Reality, Opportunities, Challenges, and Future
2026 Regional Conference of the International Society for the Studies of Chinese Overseas(ISSCO)
Wenzhou University will host the 2026 Regional Conference of the International Society for the Studies of Chinese Overseas (ISSCO), with the theme of "Overseas Chinese in the Evolving International Landscape: Reality, Opportunities, Challenges, and Future".
Since the issuance of the first announcement on 13 February, the conference has received an enthusiastic response from Chinese overseas studies experts and scholars wordwide. Now, we issue the Second Announcement and invite scholars across the globe to join us. Let us explore academic frontiers together and discuss paths for future development.
参会回执（含摘要）提交截止日期延长至2026年7月1日。

1.参会学者：700元人民币或100美元
Scholarly Attendees: RMB 700 or USD 100
2.参会学生（凭学生证）：400元人民币或60美元
Student Attendees(with student ID): RMB 400 or USD 60
会议主办方为优秀学生论文提供一定金额的资助。
Financial support will be provided to outstanding student paper authors.
（二）注册费说明
Registration Fee Instructions
注册费包含会议资料，24-25日午餐、晚餐，24日欢迎晚宴，侨乡考察费用；往返交通费、住宿费自理；注册费一经缴纳不予退还。
The registration fee covers conference materials, lunch and dinner on the 24th and 25th, a welcome dinner on the 24th, and the cost of the overseas Chinese hometown study tour. Participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation expenses. Please note that registration fees are non-refundable once paid.

Venue Introduction: Named in memory of overseas Chinese philanthropist Mr. Ren Yansong who lived in France. It is the core venue for large-scale meetings and academic forums.
通行指引：从温州大学南校区东大门入校，依照校园路牌指引前行，或咨询校内安保人员，步行约 5 分钟即可到达岩松堂。
